💬 Customer Service Questions

I messaged you on Instagram/Facebook/email about my order but didn’t get a reply. How do I get help?
I don’t handle orders through social media or email — it’s almost impossible to match your screen name with your order. Plus, DMs and emails get lost in spam way too easily. The best way to reach me is through the website chat 💬 (bottom left corner). That’s directly connected to your account, so I can help you quickly.


🚚 Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?
Each product is handmade with love (and a little coffee ☕). Shipping times are listed on each item description, but in general:

  • Tumblers: allow 10–21 business days before shipping.

  • Weekends & holidays don’t count toward this timeframe.
    Once your order leaves me, USPS is in control of delivery.

Why is there a handling fee for international shipping?
That covers extra fees and conversion costs I get charged to serve my international customers. It can’t be waived, but it ensures smooth global shipping. 🌍✈️

My tracking says “delivered,” but I don’t see my package.
Don’t panic! Most of the time it’s:

  1. Already brought inside by someone in your house.

  2. Left in a safe (but unusual) spot by your carrier.

  3. Accidentally dropped at a neighbor’s.
    Please check those first. If still missing, contact your local Post Office and ask for the Post Master.

What if my shipping info was incorrect?
If the package returns to me because of an incorrect address, it can be resent at your expense. Please double-check your info before checking out.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What’s going on?
That usually means the label has been created but USPS hasn’t scanned it yet. Sometimes it sits with me until the package is ready, other times USPS just forgets to scan (especially during the holiday rush 🎄).

What happens if my package gets lost or damaged?
If you chose insured shipping, you’re covered up to $1000. If you chose uninsured, lost or damaged items are not covered. I recommend insured shipping for peace of mind.

Do I have to pay customs on international orders?
Maybe — it depends on your country. Buyers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes.


🛒 Order Questions

Can you combine two separate orders I placed?
Nope — shipping is based on weight, and combining orders increases the label cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Sorry, once your order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled. Each item is custom-made just for you.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply it afterward?
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Once your order is placed, I can’t retroactively apply them.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

  • Custom/personalized items: not eligible for returns.

  • Non-custom items: may be returned within 72 hours of delivery (must be unused & in original packaging). A 5% restocking fee + return shipping applies.

  • Once I receive and approve the return, your refund will be processed (minus fees).


✨ Miscellaneous Questions

I don’t like the font on my item. Can I change it?
Fonts are chosen to fit the style and design. Unless the product listing says you can pick from options, the font is final.

Can I request a new tumbler design or style?
Yes! I post a monthly request box on Instagram where you can share your ideas. I love hearing what you’d like to see next. 💡

Can I choose my own colors or fonts?
Not unless the listing gives that option. I pick fonts and colors that match the vibe and design best — this keeps orders moving quickly.
